Mental Mindset
One's mindset can have a significant impact on their mental strength. Individuals can be present with either a fixed or a growth mindset. People with fixed mindsets believe their qualities, abilities, and intelligence are predetermined and cannot be changed. On the other hand, people with a growth mindset believe that they can improve and develop their qualities and abilities through effort and persistence. People with a growth mindset tend to be more resilient and better equipped to deal with challenges and setbacks. This determines the differences between individuals motivated to be better and those who are content where they are. Positive and negative mindsets also differentiate those in situations that test the mind. Individuals with a positive mindset will focus on the good in situations and are more optimistic about the future. They are likely to see challenges as opportunities for growth and learning. Overall, a person with a mindset that is positive and willing to grow will be better sought for the future, able to get past anything in their way.
