 In what ways does physical strength relate to mental strength?  Physical strength builds mental strength, the two are related in several ways. Exercising has been proven throughout many studies to increase dopamine levels, which leads to a decrease in stress and even depression. This is why you feel amazing after a good workout, giving you enough motivation to come back harder the next day. It can be developed over time through practice and can help individuals navigate difficult situations. However, this is easier said than done. To conquer your mind, you must first be able to acknowledge and accept the stressors in your life. Look into the mirror and recognize your current situation, how you want to get out of it, and what your goals are to do so .
